This year’s 9th annual celebration of International Women and Girls in Science Day is a reminder of the vital and often overlooked contributions of women to the world of innovation and scientific advancement.
In ThermoBreast, our consortium is proud to have a diverse team with strong female leaders driving the science behind our project. From our Coordinator, Larisa Adamyan, PhD, to many other important roles, women play an integral role in our team. In honour of this special day, we want to highlight some of our talented female colleagues at ThermoBreast.
Our project is committed to promoting gender balance, with 58.6% of our team comprising women. We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all, and we are thrilled to play our part in empowering the next generation of female scientists.
Join us in celebrating the amazing women and girls in science and their invaluable contributions to society on this International Day of Women and Girls in Science.
